Jackie Rodriguez Lee represents employees and employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation and counseling.  Jackie has litigated cases throughout the country including single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective actions in both state and federal court, including actions brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Section 1981, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and related state law claims.  Jackie also has extensive experience reviewing and creating employee handbooks and policies, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, conducting internal investigations, and providing advice to employers regarding litigation avoidance.

Jackie founded the Lee Law Firm after spending a decade at one of the country's largest and most well-respected employment law firms, Ogletree Deakins. 

 

Jackie is fluent in Spanish (se habla español).
